Hello beautiful souls!
My name is Kiara Brown, a 25-year-old from Edmonton, Alberta. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I started off in early childhood education for 6 years before. I embarked on my journey as a doula in 2022. I studied at the International Doula Institute, taking a specialty training in Diversity, equity and inclusion, and perinatal nutrition. For me, being a holistic doula is not just a job; it is a calling that has resonated with me since I was a little girl. I believe in nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of those I work with, understanding that each person's emotional, energy, spiritual, and mental well-being are interconnected and essential components of their journey to parenthood. It is my heartfelt mission to create a safe haven where individuals can feel supported, empowered, and deeply cared for during this transformative time in their lives. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the profound significance of this magical chapter of life.
