Sacred Meditation

Pregnancy is the deepest drink of life. It's a time of love, joy, happiness and celebration. It is also a time of great transformation and restoration. The power to connect to and explore our inner world is heightened during this time. Join us each week as we learn to connect with ourselves and our babies. Through guided meditations we will learn how to release fears, emotional blocks and limited beliefs that may be holding us back. Every woman deserves a Sacred Pregnancy. We hope to see you there. Refreshments and Sisterhood to follow the meditation.

Providing a restful and peaceful group meditation in our Full Circle home office space, located at 7903-14 Ave SW, Edmonton. 

This will be offered weekly every Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. 
Starting Jan. 12/ 16. Drop in fee of $10.00 per person. 
RSVP is required to attend this drop in class.
