Hi, I’m Bree, becoming a parent is a beautiful, emotional, and life-changing experience. The postpartum period is filled with love, joy, vulnerability and uncertainty all at once- and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer gentle, non-judgemental support to help you feel confident as you begin life with your newborn. I am deeply passionate about supporting families during the tender and transformative time in their lives. My approach is rooted in kindness, patience, and genuine connection. I believe every parent’s journey is unique. I offer individualized support that meets you exactly where you are.
I have strong knowledge and experience supporting families through postpartum anxiety and depression and I provide a calm, compassionate presence during times that can feel overwhelming and uncertain. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard and supported – never rushed, dismissed or judged.
My role is to help you feel confident and cared for, and grounded as you settle into life with your newborn. I’m here to help you slow down, breathe and truly enjoy these early moments, while gently guiding you through the emotions, changes, and challenges that may arise.
My professional background is broad and deeply rooted in family support. I have extensive experience working with vulnerable and at-risk youth and their babies, supporting families through Alberta Health Care Services at the Family Centred Care at the Stollery, and working with the public health programs including supporting healthy beginnings and child centered care. I also bring a holistic lens with my work as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, supporting physical recovery and emotional wellbeing.
As a mother, watching my own children grow has been my greatest honour and accomplishment. That lived experience shapes the compassion, respect and understanding I can bring to every family I support.
I have much to give, and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you during this special chapter. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you grow into the parent you want to be.
