Rites of passage

The sacredness of ceremonies, circles and celebrations lies in the ability to honour the sacredness with each other and the universe, inviting us to pause, reflect and imbue our experiences with reverence and gratitude. 

In doing so, they not only mark the milestones of our individual journeys but also affirm our shared humanity & the eternal cycles of birth, growth and transformation.

    A birth blessing is a sacred gathering that honours & nurtures the birthing person as they prepare for labour and parenthood, offering encouragement, and meaningful rituals to support their journey.

    Sonya Duffee

    Sonya is a sacred pregnancy & postpartum ceremony facilitator, a Certified Belly Binding & Belly Casting Artist, and a Placenta Artist. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of birth and renewal, she has long been drawn to the sacred rhythms of life, honouring them through ceremony, circle, and ritual. From an early age, she felt the calling to hold space for transformations, a gift passed down through her mother and a family lineage of intuitive, maternal guides who walked before her.
