I knew I wanted to become a doula even before becoming a mother. My own experience of giving birth at home—immersed in preparation & supported by my doula—solidified my belief that this was one of my life’s callings.

After completing my doula training, I began actively attending births, finding deep fulfillment in supporting families and helping them navigate an empowering birthing experience.

Originally from Brazil, I understand the challenges and stigmas surrounding home birth in a medicalized culture where it is often frowned upon. I consider myself incredibly privileged to have had two home births—experiences that shaped me into the woman I am today. I will never forget the moment I looked in the mirror after my first son was born in 2014—I felt an overwhelming sense of pride. That moment ignited my passion for helping others achieve positive, affirming births.

In 2018, I expanded my work to include placenta encapsulation and quickly fell in love with the process. I see it as a profound and almost magical practice that supports the entire family’s well-being. The presence of a placenta carries a strong energy field, and I feel honored to work with something so deeply intimate and essential to new life.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts (2014), I naturally gravitated toward Placenta Art, blending my artistic background with my passion for birth work. Through this creative expression, I offer families a unique and meaningful way to honor the journey of pregnancy and birth.
