Hi, I’m Nicole—though many people call me Nikki! I’m a labor doula, postpartum doula, and certified dog trainer. My passion has always been helping others, and I’m grateful to be able to do that through my work.

My journey into birth work began during my own pregnancy, when I realized just how limited access to support and information could be for expectant parents. Before that, I had never even heard the word “doula.” But after hiring one for myself, a whole world of possibilities opened up. I entered my first labor feeling informed and empowered, and I came out of the experience invigorated and deeply grateful. The support I received was so transformative that I knew I wanted the same for my second birth—and, ultimately, for others as well.

I believe pregnancy and childbirth should be experiences that leave you feeling powerful and fulfilled. But I also know that, all too often, fear and trauma take over instead. That’s why I followed the passion sparked in me and became a doula—to be part of the change. While no one can predict or control exactly how labor and delivery will unfold, having the right support can make all the difference. My goal is to provide evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, and unwavering care through every step of the journey.

The postpartum period—the “fourth trimester”—is another time of immense change. It’s full of love and learning, but it can also bring exhaustion and emotional ups and downs. I believe no one should have to navigate that transition alone. Whether you need a listening ear, an extra set of hands, or just a moment to rest, I’m here to support you in whatever way feels right for your family.

Alongside my work as a doula, I’m also a certified dog trainer, helping families prepare their pets for the arrival of a new baby. I know firsthand that bringing a baby home is a big transition—not just for parents but for pets, too! My goal is to make that adjustment as smooth and stress-free as possible, offering practical strategies to help dogs and their families thrive together.

Above all, I strive to be inclusive, supportive, and always open to learning. I recognize that growth is an ongoing process, and I’m committed to continually expanding my knowledge and understanding.

I truly believe that doula care is one of the best investments you can make for your journey into parenthood. If you’re curious about how I can support you, I’d love to connect—please don’t hesitate to reach out!
