12 moons package

The 12 moons mentorship package is designed to provide a full spectrum of support, education, and professional development for newly trained or early-career doulas. With 12 themed sessions, optional peer connections, and facilitated group dialogue, doulas will gain the confidence, skills, and community needed to thrive in birth and postpartum work. It also includes access to our Doula Roster program.
The mentorship includes optional entry into a Doula Roster Program, or other community collaborations exclusive to Full Circle, where clients may be referred directly to vetted doulas who have availability to provide support.
We offer a variety of tiered pricing options to honour the diverse financial realities of our doula community. We invite you to reflect on the Green Bottle Method as a tool to help determine where you might place yourself based on your current capacity and resources.
We will be providing an additional pay-it-forward option—a rate slightly above the actual cost of the session. Choosing this rate directly supports financial accessibility for others in the program who may need to access the lower end of the scale. It’s one way we build community care into our pricing model.
All 12 mentorship calls are offered at a flat fee per session, regardless of timing, with flexibility extended for situations that require a callback or rescheduling.

Scheduled at your pace over 3–6 months.
This bundle is ideal for doulas who want expert feedback, encouragement, and a sounding board without committing to a full-year program. Perfect for those attending births for certification.

1.1 Monthly Mentorship

This monthly mentorship is for doulas who want consistent, personalized guidance as they grow in confidence, skill, and sustainability. Whether you're newly certified or years into your practice, these sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be seen, supported, and stretched.
Each month, we’ll meet for a one-hour private session where we focus on your questions, challenges, and goals. These mentorships are collaborative and responsive—grounded in your lived experience and guided by your evolving needs. Occasional bonus drop in online group or Q&A sessions may be available.
You can expect a customized session to meet your unique needs, whether you're navigating a tricky client situation, building your doula business, or simply needing space to be seen and supported in your role. This is a space where your experience, values, and questions lead the way.
Each session is a chance to pause, reflect, and take intentional steps forward—with an experienced mentor who's been in practice for 27 years. You bring the questions. I’ll bring grounded support, tools, and perspective.

The Forge Program

Offering personalized, one-on-one mentorship for doulas who are working toward labour doula certification and need meaningful, hands-on experience. This program is designed to support your growth while helping you meet your certification requirements, including attending three births through a shared-care model with an experienced Doula and Doula Trainer.
We begin by creating space to explore your questions, goals, and current understanding of the birth world. Together, we’ll map out a path that reflects your strengths and values while addressing the areas where you’re ready to grow. We will partner you with three births to attend and follow through the course of the clients experience. You’ll receive guidance through real-life birth work, supported reflection, and practical skill-building opportunities, every step of the way. Leaving you feeling confident and ready to dive into building your own clientele and doula practice.
This mentorship is more than just checking off certification boxes, it’s about helping you feel confident, capable, and connected as you step into this deeply rewarding role. With Full Circle's collaborative model, you’ll have the opportunity to learn alongside seasoned doulas and contribute meaningfully to the families we serve. Your mentor will provide a shared care client opportunity to help you gain the experience and receive the documentation needed for your certification, based on your schedule and availability and the number of clients available.
This investment program is allocated for attending and being mentored through 3 births, attending all stages of labour and birth, prenatal and postnatal sessions and discussions following client classes. This time frame may vary depending on availability between the mentee, mentor and the client.
Investment: $500.00, note: payment plans or sliding scale may apply on a case by case basis.
The following must be submitted in order to be considered: Certificate of Attendance at a Doula Training, certificate of Infant First Aid and CPR (if you are a postpartum doula) Police Security and Vulnerability Check, and Personal Resume

Here’s a step-by-step guide if you require more flexible pricing options:

1. Book a Discovery Call

When you first get in touch with me, we’ll schedule a discovery call. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the services you’re interested in and any specific needs you may have. I’ll explain how the Green Bottle Sliding Scale works and provide you with a range of rates to choose from.

2. find the right fit

I offer a range of payment rate options to accommodate different financial situations. You’ll have the opportunity to review these ranges and determine where you fit. The range is designed to provide accessibility.

3. Confirming Your Choice

Once rate is determined, we’ll confirm your selection and proceed with scheduling the services you need. The chosen rate will be applied to your services, ensuring that you receive the care and support you need at a cost that works for you.

4. Receiving Your Services

With your rate set, you’ll receive the same high-quality care and attention as any other doula. My focus is on providing personalized, compassionate support throughout your journey. Your chosen rate does not affect the level of care or support you receive.

5. Ongoing Flexibility

If your financial situation changes or if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to discuss adjustments and ensure that you continue to receive the support you need. Meet Your doula mentor

Sonya Duffee

With over 26 years of experience, Sonya has dedicated her life to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As the owner of Full Circle Birth Collective and a CAPPA-certified educator and doula trainer, she has trained nearly 500 doulas across Canada and provided compassionate care to countless families.

Sonya’s background includes midwifery studies, doula training, childbirth education, and medical education, giving her a unique ability to bridge both holistic and medical approaches to birth. She has specialized expertise in VBAC, high-risk pregnancies, surrogacy, adoption, and 2SLGBTQ+ family support and has attended births in homes, hospitals, and birth centers.

Passionate about empowering new doulas, Sonya’s training blends evidence-based knowledge, hands-on techniques, and mentorship, ensuring each student gains the confidence and skills to support families with care and respect.
