How It Works

Schedule a Consultation

Reach out to meet with a doula of your choice to discuss your needs, expectations, and any questions about the doula role.

Birth Plan & Prep

Once hired, meet with your doula to review your birth preferences, attend education sessions and review comfort measures. Providing support throughout on a as needed basis.

On-Call Support

As your due date approaches, your doula will be on-call 24/7, ready to join you when you need the additional support.

Continuous Labour Support

Your doula provides steady emotional, physical, and informational support through every contraction—whether at home, birth center, or hospital.

Immediate Postpartum Guidance

After your baby arrives, we remain available for immediate needs, offering tips for initial bonding, feeding, and self-care.
