We are looking for passionate, reliable, professional doulas to be a part of our team.
As we currently support Edmonton and surrounding area's growing families, our Full Circle Birth Collective family is growing as well and recruiting doulas to build our doula community and our practice. Joining a doula collective means that you conduct your own practice working within a team, independently. Being fully in control of choosing your labour doula fees and packages, so you can choose what works best for you.
We are only looking for doulas who are willing to support all types of birth and approaches parenting, to diverse families without judgement. Those who are compassionate, reliable, positive and open minded, and want to grow in them selves and in their practice as a doula.
You may be a great fit for our team if you;

- you learn and grow by being around other inspiring people who always has your back, and may help make it possible for a work- life balance.
- you are open to contribute to some business needs, (at your capacity and skill level) such as promotion, marketing, client handouts and other daily needs

- You are a good communicator and listener, respectful of others on the team
- You are wanting to reduce your expenses to conduct your own business
- You are confident, reliable, non judgemental and compassionate
- You have flexibility in your availability

Full Circle Birth Collective (also known as a collaborative) is a model by which a group of doulas, who each sets up their own practice individually, comes together to participate in key activities such as special events for pregnant people, continuing education for doulas, business mastermind sessions, and team building activities. These efforts provide doulas with opportunities to stay in front of the community, as well as keep their spirits refreshed and business skills sharp. In our collective, members contribute a monthly fee and may at times contribute their time and talents to keep the website, events, and mentorship running smoothly with the founder. Branding of Full Circle is important to us, we ask that we use similar contracts and approaches to client care, advertising and such.
Full Circle Postpartum Care, is an postpartum doula agency which is directly involved in the acquisition of new clients for its doulas. The agency owner is responsible for generating leads, scheduling interviews, and the execution of contracts and payments. Agencies invest in marketing, advertising and back-end systems, and will generally take a percentage of the doula’s fee to cover these expenses.

Working with Full Circle Postpartum, as part of the agency, may not be a good fit if you are:
- You view working as a team as a business arrangement, rather than an active participant of a team
- You do not work well in a group environment
- Your focus is purely on mentorship or see this as a stepping stone
- You have limited availability, struggle with childcare needs and/or unable to support team in back up
- You do not have a desire to develop and contribute to the practice long term
