This 3 hour class is appropriate for anyone who has ​had a previous cesarean and is allowing their body to labour and have a vaginal birth.

What you will take away from this class:

• A breakdown of the need to know of a cesarean 
• The stats, facts and myths of Cesareans and Vaginal Birth(s) after Cesareans
• How to work with the Birthing Team, and how to advocate for your Vaginal Labour after Cesarean
• Standard care recommended for a VBAC(2+)
• A refresher of postpartum care and support for a vaginal delivery​

Caesarean informed birth class 
This 3 hour birth prep class is appropriate for anyone who is planning an elective Cesarean

What you will take away from this class

• The need to know around reasons for a cesarean birth, and the importance of this major abdominal surgery
• How to mentally and physically prepare for a cesarean delivery
• The process of a cesarean and how the birth day will go
• How to work with the OBGYN, Nurses and Anesthesiologist for your cesarean birth
• What to expect immediately after your Cesarean Section
• The postpartum care plan, and how to heal from a csection
